We celebrate our 4th year just after Christmas 2009. Welcome to both new and returning viewers in 2010!

This site is intended to provide an interactive and community-driven home for Cape Dory Power Yacht owners. This does not replace, only supplements, the broader Cape Dory boating community found at www.capedory.org. Although this site is specifically oriented toward owners, anyone interested in Cape Dory Power Yachts is welcome here and encouraged to register.

All Cape Dory Power Yacht owners (24 Trawler, 28 Cruiser, 28 Flybridge, 28 Open Fisherman, 280 Sport, 30, 33, 36, and 40) are encouraged to join the Cape Dory Sailboat Owners Association, the only national Cape Dory owners association. Though the emphasis of that organization is on Cape Dory sailboats, they welcome Cape Dory powerboat owners to join as Associate members and to participate in all of their activities, including many regional fleet events. CapeDory28.info is not directly associated with the CDSOA, but is obviously a supporter.
